    On the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti, the students of NISER had organised various events for the celebration. Zaariya and its volunteers decided to invite the tiny tots from Uparbasta village to be a part of the Kite-flying. To instill in the kids, a feeling of peace and joyfulness, despite the uniqueness and differences between individuals was the main idea behind the same, something that the festival in itself symbolizes. It was really gratifying when we saw their happy smiling faces, sparkling in 14th January afternoon.
